How to set the floor sample?

Before choosing the floor, you can order one or several samples of about 30 × 20 cm to see the color and feel the surface right in the space to be paved.

Sample placement steps

1. Opens the details page of the Quick-Step floor model you want to view.

2. In the sample order section in the right column, select “Add to cart”.

3. The model you selected will appear in the shopping cart.
4. To add another model, open that product's page and do the same.
5. Once you have placed all the patterns you want in your cart, click 'Continue' to proceed with the process of ordering and paying for your patterns. Please note: all models cost £5.99 each, including shipping, packaging, handling and administration costs. The fee for up to 3 samples is fully refundable if you ultimately decide to purchase one of our online floors. This refund will be provided as a document which you can find in your sample order confirmation e-mail.
6. Samples will be sent to you by mail. You will receive them within 3 to 5 business days.
