How to finish waterproofing around the edge of engineered wood floors

After tiling according to instructions, there will be a gap between the board and the wall. This gap allows the board to expand and contract as humidity changes.

• Insert PE foam into the gap between the edge of the floor and the wall.
• Hydrokit silicone pump coated on PE foam.
• Smooth the silicone layer evenly with your fingers.
• Install water-resistant skirting boards with a moisture-proof green core to complete the watertight floor edge.
