How far can a seamless engineered wood floor be laid before expansion joints are needed?
The limit of seamless tiles depends on the room shape and the level of temperature and humidity fluctuations in the room.

If the room is nearly square and conditions in the room change little, arrange intermediate expansion joints when the continuous paving area exceeds the size of 20 × 20 m with HDF core boards or 24 × 24 m with spruce core boards.

You also need to foresee expansion joints under the doors between rooms to divide the rooms.
